SECOND CHANCE BIDDING

Vehicles selling "with reserve" that DO NOT meet the reserve price, on the auction block, will be offered a "Second Chance".  Bidders may make an offer at the "Second Chance" desk, higher than the hammer price.  If the reserve is met, the bidder making the new offer, OWNS that vehicle.  If the offer does not meet the seller's reserve price, Purvis Auctions will try to broker a deal between the seller and highest offer.  If the brokered deal is acceptable by both parties, the vehicle will be SOLD, SOLD, SOLD!!
